After purchasing my new printer they have been there to answer questions and solve any problems that I have, they are just a phone call away. My printer did go down and production stopped, as usual I freaked and called Rayco and talked with Steve and he assured me that they would have me up and running in no time. Steve was right on it and his service man was here at my shop within 24-48 hours. Rayco knew exactly what the problem was by talking to them over the phone and had me up and running in that short amount of time, even though I am 2 hour drive from them. Now that is service! I had a head drop out on my VersaCamm with jobs due. With one phone call the techs at Rayco performed a warranty repair on my site and had me up and running within 24 hours. I was able to meet my deadlines and I am very satisfied with their performance on this issue. Jim Jim Signs Chicago
My SP-300V broke down a couple times while in the middle of important, time critical projects. Rayco responded right away to get me up and running, and was out the same day to assess and repair. Going above and beyond Rayco allowed me to come in and use their demo unit so I could finish my projects on time. Service counts for a lot in this business. Rayco really came through for me when I was in a tight spot.
